Single explosion-proof dust collector:

The single explosion-proof dust collector is called the bag type explosion-proof dust collector. Explosion-proof dust collectors occur because explosive dust is likely to explode or burn in the presence of sparks or static electricity at a certain concentration. So there is a bag type explosion-proof dust collector.

Working principle of single explosion-proof dust collector:

Under the action of the fan, the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, and the airflow turns downwards and impacts the water surface. The gas passes through the high-efficiency venturi at a faster speed, which splashes a large number of water spray, so that the water and the gas fully contact, and most of the dust particles are mixed into the water to allow the dust-containing gas to be sufficiently purified. The purified gas is discharged through the water vapor intercepted and retained by the fog shield, and the mud is periodically discharged through the sewage outlet. The new water is replenished by the water supply pipeline, and the water level in the equipment is controlled by the overflow tank.

Explosion-proof dust collector features:

1) The filter bag is side insert type, easy to replace, all motors are explosion-proof.

2) Its volume is small, which saves space and it is easy to install.

3) The cleaning method is vibrating and cleaning, no auxiliary facilities are required, and the maintenance rate is low.

4) The filter bag is of anti-static needle felt. When cleaning dust, no static electricity or sparks will occur, causing no explosion.

5) The dust cleaning adopts screw conveyor and star unloader, which saves a lot of space, and it won't cause problems such as higher ash bucket or difficulty in unloading ash due to the use of a single unloader.

6) The control cabinet is controlled by PLC, automatic or manual. It can automatically centrally control all the equipment of the dust removal system. For maintenance and debugging, it can be switched to manual control.

7) With explosion-proof device, it can effectively avoid the explosion caused by static electricity and spark when handling dust.
