Charging Roboter

Robotics involves a combination of mechanics, mechanics, electro-hydraulic technology, automatic control technology, sensor technology and computer technology, and is an interdisciplinary integrated technology. The intermediate frequency furnace front robot, a mechanical arm used in the intermediate frequency furnace to press the scrap steel. It easily compacts the larger volume of scrap or partially loose and lighter material which is partially blocked during feeding, which makes the scrap volume shrink rapidly and the compactness increases; thereby improving energy conversion and greatly improving the melting efficiency of the induction furnace. At the same time, the scrap steel and packing briquettes around the induction furnace can be quickly and flexibly swept into the furnace body. With remote operation, the operator can be kept away from the furnace area to reduce potential safety hazards.

The front-end robot of the intermediate frequency furnace is mainly composed of a base, a slewing bearing, a rotating column assembly, an outer beam assembly, an inner beam assembly, a rotating cylinder, a lifting cylinder, a push-pull cylinder, a hydraulic circuit system, and an electrical control system. The base is provided with a rotating support and a rotating column assembly. One end of the outer beam is connected with an inner beam through a telescopic cylinder, the rotating column is assembled with a lifting mechanism, and the outer beam is provided with a roller assembly at one end of the inner beam. One end is provided with a connecting frame, and the rotating column assembly is provided with a left and right hinge frame. The base is provided with a rotating oil cylinder. The rotating oil cylinder is connected with the left hinge frame or the right hinge frame of the rotating column assembly through the pin shaft, and the front end of the inner beam is provided. The pressure bar device has a thermal insulation device on the pressure bar device. The medium frequency furnace front robot is used in the medium frequency induction furnace steelmaking workshop of the steel plant and installed between the two furnace shells.
