Pulse bag filter dust collector

 

The pulse bag type dust collector that has been widely used at home and abroad has made great progress in purifying dust-containing gas through continuous improvement. Due to the advanced dust cleaning technology and the highly improved air-to-cloth ratio, it has the characteristics of large air volume, small floor space, high purification efficiency, reliable operation, simple structure and small maintenance, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%.

 

Pulse bag filter uses different filter materials according to different dust properties to intercept and retain dust in dusty gas. It also uses collision, diffusion, static electricity and sedimentation to purify dusty air. At the same time, it uses continuous back-blowing or pulse injection to remove dust adhering to the surface of filter material, so as to restore the filtering ability of filter material and remove dust without stopping the equipment, and the production won’t be affected. It has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency (dust removal efficiency: > 99.5%, dust emission concentration: < 80mg/m3), wide adaptability, no secondary pollution and easy maintenance, etc. The main body of the dust collector adopts the standard modular combination structure, which can flexibly increase the air treatment capacity according to work requirements, while the original main body does not need to be changed, so it has the foresightedness and advancement adapting to the future development of the users.

Features of pulse bag filter dust collector:

  1. The dust collector adopts the split-chamber stop-blowing pulse injection cleaning technology, which has overcome the shortcomings of the conventional pulse dust collector and the split-chamber reverse-blowing dust collector, with strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, less energy consumption, less steel consumption, less occupied area, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. It is suitable for the purification of dust-containing gas and the recovery of materials in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, electric power and light industry.
  2. Due to the use of compartmental air-stop pulse injection cleaning, thorough cleaning can be achieved by one injection, so the cleaning cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of compressed air can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby multiplying the life of the filter bag and the valve plate.
  3. Inspection and change of bags can be carried out without stopping the system fan, under normal system operating conditions. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygon shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates unloading the bag.
  4. The upper bagging method is adopted. After the skeleton is taken out when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box, and is taken out from the manhole, thereby improving the bag changing operation condition.
  5. The box adopts air tightness design, good sealing performance, excellent sealing material for inspection door, kerosene leak detection during production, and low air leakage rate.
  6. The inlet and outlet air ducts are arranged compactly and the airflow resistance is small.

 

Technical features:

(1) No need for pre-dusting equipment, it can process smoke of up to 1000mg/m3 concentration at one time, discharge less than 50mg/m3, and the process flow is simple;

(2) There is no need blowpipe inside the bag chamber, and it is convenient to change the bag outside the machine;

(3) The embedded elastic bag mouth has good sealing performance;

(4) The number of pulse valves is small, the cleaning strength is large, and the action is rapid;

(5) The entire machine adopts microcomputer automatic control, and each parameter is easy to adjust, which can realize no-man operation;

(6) The service life of the filter bag is more than two years;

(7) Easy to achieve isolation maintenance.
