Desulfurization dust collector

Working principle of desulfurization dust collector:

 

Desulfurization is a technology to control the emission of sulfur dioxide. The dust collector can not only remove sulfur dioxide from flue gas, but also produce high value-added ammonium sulfate fertilizer products. The boiler dust removal equipment uses a certain concentration (here, 28% as an example) of ammonia water as a desulfurizer, and the generated ammonia sulfate slurry is sent to the fertilizer plant treatment system. The amount of ammonia required for the desulfurization process is automatically adjusted by a preset pH control valve and measured by a flow meter. The ammonia sulfate crystals are crystallized in a desulfurization deduster by saturated ammonium sulfate slurry to form about 35% by weight of suspended particles. The slurry is pumped to the treatment field for primary and secondary dehydration, and then sent to the fertilizer plant for further dehydration, drying, condensation and storage. The boiler dust collector also produces considerable by-products in gas desulfurization, to achieve certain economic benefits.

Desulfurization dust collector features:

 

1. Working principle of washing type, high efficiency of dust removal and desulfurization, and more capture of harmful gases.

The flue gas purifier integrates desulfurization and dust removal into one, of spray method and with unique nozzle design. The glass fiber reinforced plastic spiral nozzle made by adopting American technology sprays dense water mist, and the dust and harmful gas fully contact with water mist under a certain water supply pressure, so  that the effect of dust removal, desulfurization, nitrogen removal and washing carbon black is greatly improved compared with other wet dust collectors. The dust removal rate is ≥98%, the sulfur dioxide removal rate is ≥85%, and the flue gas ringelman emittance is <1 level.

2. The design of the dehydration plate is reasonable and unique, and the dehydration effect is good.

The dehydration device is provided in the cylinder body, and the design of the dehydration plate is reasonable and unique. When the mist passes through the dehydration device, it is intercepted by the collision and flows along the wall of the cylinder to prevent secondary water containing, and dehydration efficiency is high.

3. Low resistance, water saving, power saving, and low operating costs.

The flue gas is naturally introduced from the lower part of the cylinder, the cross section is large, and the wind speed is small, so the resistance of the smoke is small, the main resistance is ≤900Pa, and the system resistance is ≤1200Pa. Because of the small resistance, the power consumption is also small. In addition, the discharged water passes through the sedimentation and is closed and recycled. On the one hand, it saves water resources, on the other hand, it prevents the sewage from flowing into the sewer, causing secondary pollution, achieving the effect of water saving and electricity saving, and reducing operating costs.

4. Small size, light weight, small footprint, easy installation and transportation.

The cylindrical body of this product is of integral structure. It is self-contained with the bracket at the factory, very convenient to install and move. The installation is very adaptable, it can be installed in various ways according to the local situation of the ground, left or right hanging, and overhead laying, etc.

5. The operation is relatively simple and convenient, the maintenance amount is very small, easy to operate, manage, maintain, and the operation rate is high, adapting to various working environments.

6. It has strong adaptability to the fluctuation of SO2 concentration in flue gas. Different desulfurization processes can adapt to different sulfur content in coal. Desulfurizer can be various type such as lime, alkali and magnesia, all of which can achieve good desulfurization effect.
